Well now that I am a married woman I guess I need to start blogging:) SO much has happened I don't even know where to start. So what do you say we start at the beginning...
Dave and I first met back when I was in 7th grade and He was in 9th. He asked to sign my yearbook and couldn't finish it cause he was so nervous so his friend Randy had to finish it.
Then after a couple years we had Physics together and that's when the crushes began... Nothing ever happened in high school cause we both had been dating other people. I had a GIGANTIC crush on him , ha just ask my best friends. He was the boy that you always wish you could have ... ya know. He then left on his mission and I randomly wrote him on his mission.
My friend Chelsea one day just said "Abi just write him, what harm could it do" So I took her advice and wrote a short letter... We probably wrote back and forth 3 times. He got home and I wasn't sure whether or not to date him or another guy but right as he was about to give up I text him and that begun the journey of dating. Complicated right....So the dating began...
Long story short we got engaged... which started the three month craziness of planning a wedding...
He proposed to me by taking me on a scavenger hunt to all of "our" places, where we had our first kiss, our first date, funny things that have happened etc. Then it ended at the Salt Lake Temple where he got down on one knee and gave his speal... Then we ate at The Roof and that concluded the perfect night.
We then tagged along with my parents friends. Who seriously are a riot all the time. I want to have a group of friends like them when I have kids. We went dirt biking/ four wheeling in Moab and had a blast...
Lots of wedding planning came in between all of that..Bridals.. Engagements etc ....Then we got Married :) and It was seriously such and AMAZING day...More details in Days to come :) There is just SO much to catch up on .. ya know
